Delete all assets from an Ellie environment

Warning: This action will permanently delete ALL models, entities, and folders (except the root Organization folder) from the specified environment. This cannot be undone.

I understand this will permanently delete all assets and cannot be undone

How it works:

1. Fetches all models, entities, and folders from the environment
2. Deletes all models first (to remove dependencies)
3. Deletes all entities
4. Deletes folders from deepest to shallowest (preserving hierarchy)
5. Skips the root "Organization" folder to maintain environment structure
